| Je résume : Le mail automatique dit en gros que - Ils sont débordés et que ton mail sera traité plus tard. - Ils ne répondront pas à ton mail si ce n'est pas important. - Si tu as vraiment besoin de parler avec un représentant de Blizzard tu peux les contacter sur tel lien et/ou tel numéro. - Ils disent tout ça de manière très polie et te remercient deux fois de leur avoir envoyer ce report.
Tu en conclus donc que ce mail automatique est totalement choquant et déplacé de leur part. C'est bien ça ? | |

| ça fait quand même un mois qu'ils ne sont pas foutus de régler ce problème de [shared control hack] alors que les gens ont beau dire sur leurs forums (ils suppriment ces dits topics pour nous forcer à mailer)
et au final, on reçoit des mails automatiques
DONC oui, je trouve ça déplacé leur attitude. | |

| sinon moi aussi, je peux résumer.
Ils ont la flemme de s'occuper de tout ce qui est hack, cheat, etc ... Du coup, ils pondent un joli mail automatique pour que les clients aient l'impression d'avoir été écouté.
C'est bien beau de vivre dans bisounours land. MAis bon, des fois, faut se réveiller. | |
